Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the eggs, Greek yogurt, and honey, and whisk until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
