Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  4. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven, spoon marinara sauce over each chicken, then sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and browned.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve immediately with pasta, vegetables, or your favorite side.
