- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until well blended.
- Transfer mixture to a loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet.
- Brush the top with olive oil.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until cooked through and golden on top.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of Italian herbs or red pepper flakes.
- Ensure not to overmix to keep the meatloaf tender.
