Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Divide and shape the beef mixture into small balls or logs.
- Wrap each beef piece with puff pastry or biscuit dough, sealing edges.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and brush with melted butter mixed with minced garlic.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
