Instructions
- Season pork chops generously with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Lower heat and add remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Baste the pork chops with garlic butter and serve garnished with chopped parsley.
