- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce; toss to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- You can add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Adjust the consistency of the sauce with more cream or cheese as desired.
