- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
- Unroll crescent dough and cut into rectangles. Spread each rectangle with melted garlic butter.
- Place a spoonful of cooked beef mixture on each rectangle, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, then roll up tightly.
- Arrange rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Brush with remaining garlic butter and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add sliced pickles or jalapenos for extra flavor.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
