Cheeseburger rollups baked to perfection with garlic butter, filled with melted cheese and juicy beef, making a savory and cheesy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and cut into rectangles. Spread each rectangle with melted garlic butter.
  5. Place a spoonful of cooked beef mixture on each rectangle, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, then roll up tightly.
  6. Arrange rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Brush with remaining garlic butter and garnish with parsley before serving.
