- 1 cup crushed Graham crackers
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 1/2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- Fresh berries for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed Graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin lined with small tortillas or create taco shells.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped heavy cream until combined.
- Spoon the filling into the prepared taco shells, smoothing the top.
- Sprinkle Fruity Pebbles cereal on top and garnish with fresh berries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
