- For Streusel:
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in pumpkin, orange juice, and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.
- Prepare streusel: combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle streusel evenly over the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- For glaze: mix powdered sugar with orange juice until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bread before serving.

- Use fresh Florida orange juice for best flavor.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
