Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded turkey, dried cranberries, stuffing, Parmesan, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in beaten eggs and bread crumbs until mixture holds together.
- Form into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
