Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to skillet, cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
