- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips or cubes

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. If desired, add red pepper flakes for heat.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, then add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or basil. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan cheese, if desired. Pair with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
