Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, honey, and melted butter; whisk until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle with nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
