Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, fold in chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans.
- If you prefer dairy-free, substitute butter with coconut oil and use dairy-free chocolate chips.
