Instructions
- Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil or butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the cooked chicken pieces and stir until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Distribute the cooked garlic chicken evenly on the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese and, if using, add cooked vegetables for extra crunch and flavor.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from one end to the other to enclose the filling completely.
- For a crispy finish, brush the outside lightly with some olive oil or melted butter before cooking.
- Place the assembled wraps seam-side down in a heated skillet or griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, pressing down gently until the cheese melts and the wraps are golden brown and crispy.
