Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in cream cheese and milk or heavy cream, heating until cheese melts into a velvety sauce. Add marinara sauce, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for a few minutes.
