  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  4. While the brownie base cools, prepare the mousse. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until Just boiling then pour over chopped chocolate and butter. Let sit 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
  5. Spread the chocolate mousse evenly over cooled brownie layer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Optional: Top with chocolate ganache, berries, and a dusting of cocoa powder before serving.
