Instructions
- Melt butter, brown sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour over Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cool slightly.
- Once cooled, melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the coated Chex mixture and let set before breaking into clusters.
