Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla extract. Gradually add flour and stir until combined.
- Fold in dried strawberries and crushed graham crackers.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack. Optionally, sprinkle with additional crushed cookies or strawberries before serving.
