- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for gravy)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until meatballs are cooked through.
- Optional: For gravy, remove meatballs and whisk cornstarch into the cooking liquid. Cook on high for 15 minutes until thickened, then pour over meatballs before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner version.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
