Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush tortillas with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Warm the shredded chicken in a skillet with salt and pepper.
- Layer the crispy tortillas with shredded chicken, cheese, diced tomatoes, and lettuce.
- Top with sour cream and chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced jalapenos or a squeeze of lime. You can also warm the tortillas on a skillet for added crunch.
