- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced

Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and season with rice vinegar. Let cool slightly.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, spread the seasoned rice evenly at the bottom.
- Layer with smoked salmon or cooked shrimp, then add sliced avocado and cucumber on top.
- Drizzle with spicy mayo sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm with additional garnishes if desired.
