- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or low-fat)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
- Optional: shredded coconut or dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or a silicone mold with parchment paper.
- Mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Sprinkle with berries, nuts, seeds, and optional toppings evenly over the yogurt layer.
- Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours until fully frozen.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For added flavor, swirl in a spoonful of fruit preserves before freezing. Customize toppings based on preference. Best enjoyed within 2 weeks.
