A quick and easy high-protein yogurt bark topped with fresh berries, nuts, and seeds makes a perfect guilt-free snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • Optional: shredded coconut or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or a silicone mold with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Sprinkle with berries, nuts, seeds, and optional toppings evenly over the yogurt layer.
  5. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours until fully frozen.
  6. Once frozen, break into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For added flavor, swirl in a spoonful of fruit preserves before freezing. Customize toppings based on preference. Best enjoyed within 2 weeks.
