Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Mix peaches, raspberries, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Pour into the prepared dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
