Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add superfine sugar, beating until stiff glossy peaks form.
- Gently fold in vinegar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
- Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into a circular disk with a slight indent in the center.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off oven and let cool completely inside the oven.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the cooled meringue base.
- Top with an assortment of fresh fruits, arranging attractively.
