Instructions
- Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add orzo and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain excess liquid if necessary.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they soften slightly, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in cooked orzo and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
