- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- Chocolate sprinkles or colorful confetti for topping
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, oats, and coconut if using.
- Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper and flatten slightly.
- Sprinkle with chocolate or colorful sprinkles.
- Let cool and set at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.

- You can add chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips for variation.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
