- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange tater tots on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the hot tater tots. Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
- Serve warm with dollops of sour cream on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, add jalapenos or hot sauce. Make sure to evenly space the toppings for balanced bites. Great for parties and game days.
