- 1 small onion, chopped

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned; drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine beef mixture, cooked rice, soup, half of the cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef for a leaner option.
- Adjust spice levels to taste.
