Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare pancake batter by mixing pancake mix, milk, eggs, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
