Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined, press into a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- Top with fresh blueberries, pressing lightly into the filling.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute blueberries with strawberries or raspberries.
- For a crunchier topping, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top before serving.
