- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Extra cinnamon sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, cinnamon, and salt; bring to a boil.
- Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until mixture forms a dough and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the dough into bite-sized pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and toss in cinnamon sugar. Serve warm or at room temperature.
