Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and grated apple.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- You can substitute half of the all-purpose flour with almond flour for a different texture.
