Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan to form crust.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla; mix well.
- Stir in sour cream and melted dark chocolate until fully incorporated.
- Pour filling over cooled crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set.
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with fresh raspberries and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
