Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a separate large bowl, combine oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
