Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and zest. Drizzle over cooked chicken bites and toss to coat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
