Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the fillets generously with honey garlic glaze.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and crispy on top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and lemon slices before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, broil the salmon for an additional 2 minutes at the end.
- You can substitute honey with maple syrup for a different sweet undertone.
