Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat eggs.
- Dip each chicken tender into the eggs, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
