Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, bringing to a simmer. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of chicken broth to thin it out.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
