- 20 large pasta shells
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chopped shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat and cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper, and cooked seafood mixture.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Pour heavy cream over the stuffed shells and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- You can substitute shrimp with scallops or firm white fish.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the seafood mixture.
