Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Layer potato slices in a baking dish, pour some of the cream mixture, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
