Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring well to combine. Cook for another 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
