- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until crispy and golden, about 10-12 minutes.
- Return beef to the skillet and pour in heavy cream. Stir well to combine and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef or chicken for a different flavor.
- Add cheese on top for extra richness.
- Serve with a side of fresh greens for a balanced meal.
