- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 oz cooked pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in cooked pasta, toss well, and garnish with parsley before serving.

- You can add spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor and nutrition.
- Use fresh Parmesan for the best flavor.
