Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
