Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes to meld flavors.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
