Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green onions, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until well blended.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve chilled with crispy tortilla chips on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, add diced jalapeños or chopped cilantro. This dip can be prepared a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
