- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and milk; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Gradually stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
