Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add shredded chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, ranch dressing, half of the cheese, and half of the bacon. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
