Ingredients

- 1 lb pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, ranch dressing, half of the cheese, and half of the bacon. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey or ham for chicken.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or jalapenos.
