- 1 lb (450g) fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then add grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
- Adjust cream and cheese quantities for a richer or lighter sauce.
- Serve with a side of garlic bread for a complete meal.
